IFR Receives Over $2.56 Million From Warrant Exercise



Calgary, Alberta -- December 4, 2017 - International Frontier Resources Corporation ("IFR" or the "Company") (TSX-V: IFR) (OTCQB: IFRTF) is pleased to announce that the Company has received aggregate proceeds of $2,561,045 from the exercise of warrants by members of the executive and technical team, board of directors and investment community. IFR has issued an additional 24,961,880 common shares from its Treasury through the conversion of these warrants to shares.

"We are pleased to have received a considerable investment in our business from our team, board members and the investment community," stated Steve Hanson, President and CEO. "This additional capital will allow us to accelerate our business, further our development plans at Tecolutla and participate in future bid rounds in Mexico."

Effective December 4th, the Company has granted, pursuant to its Incentive Stock Option Plan, incentive stock options to directors, officers and employees for the purchase of up to 4,875,000 shares. Of the options granted, 4,650,000 vest over 24 months from date of grant and 225,000 vest immediately. All of the options are exercisable on or before December 4th, 2022 at a price of $0.22.
