Prior to Hardy he was President of Crozet Oil & Gas Ltd. and a Director of Stateside Energy Corporation a Company listed on the Alberta Stock Exchange. | Gary McInnis Position: Vice President Production Gary McInnis has 35 years of operational experience in the oil and gas industry from southeast Saskatchewan to northeast British Columbia. He is the President of Boomer Energy Services, a firm that offers supervision and management consulting services to the upstream oil and gas industry. Mr. McInnis has held a variety of supervisory positions in drilling, completions, abandonments, facilities, exploitation and production. Additionally, he pioneered a detailed feasibility study investigating the merits of slimhole drilling technology for a NWT application. He has worked with various North American and international companies such as Amoco Canada (1975 - 1982), Bighart Oil & Gas Co. Ltd./Westar Petroleum Ltd. (1982 - 1986), Phillips Petroleum Canada Ltd. (1985 - 1986), Crozet Oil & Gas Ltd./Hardy Oil & Gas Canada Ltd. (1986 -- 1995), Canadian Occidental Petroleum Ltd. (1996 - 1999), Apache Canada Ltd. (2001 -- 2009) and Central Global Resources ULC (2009 - present). Mr. McInnis is also engaged in a consulting capacity with International Frontier Resources Corporation Ltd. as VP Production and its wholly owned subsidiary, Sidox Chemicals Canada Ltd., as VP Production and Director (2002 - present). | |
| Dr. Gary Lyons Position: Director Dr. Lyons holds a MD degree from the University of Pittsburg and a PhD from the University of Minnesota. He has been involved in the oil & gas industry for over 32 years. Gary was appointed to the Board in June, 2006. | |
| Margaret Souleles - Chartered Accountant Position: Chief Financial Officer Margaret has provided financial consulting services to the Company from November 2004 to October 2009 when she was appointed as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining the Company Margaret spent eight years in the audit department of Grant Thornton LLP. Margaret is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Calgary. |
