	International Frontier Resources Corporation is a publically traded junior oil & gas exploration Company. The Company's shares are listed on the TSX-V Exchange trading under the symbol ~ IFR. The Company's business plan is to assemble an inventory of high impact oil & gas prospects in the Central Mackenzie Valley, Northwest Territories, Canada ("CMV") and in the U.K. sector of the North Sea. The Company has participated in nine exploratory wildcat wells in the CMV yielding two significant discoveries. In the North Sea the Company has participated in five exploration wells of which three wells were D&A, one well (Maria) found non-commercial hydrocarbons and the Bowmore well has been suspended.
