	International Frontier Resources Corporation is a publically traded junior oil & gas exploration Company. The Company's shares are listed on the TSX-V Exchange trading under the symbol ~ IFR. The Company's business plan is to assemble an inventory of high impact oil & gas prospects in the Central Mackenzie Valley, Northwest Territories ("CMV") Canada. As of December 31, 2009 the Company has participated in nine exploratory wildcat wells, the exploration program yielded two significant discoveries and has identified a new petroleum province. The Company holds an interest in 735,000 gross acres (133,830 net acres) in the CMV. The Company owns and operates a 100% interest in five producing oil wells located in the Alderson area of southern Alberta; the property produces approximately 30 BOPD.
